78. Radical reacts faster with alkene in conjugation. Weather EDG or EWG with alkene, does not matter. Alkene becomes more reactive with both.

In other reaction, kd in which OAc group is there, electron density is shared with alkene via cross conjugation. in kc it is simple conjugation so more effective. Hence, kc>kd
